Basic Definitions of Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is necessary to fulfill the following purposes. Unless otherwise specified at the time of collection of personal data, the legal basis for its processing is one of the following. The processing is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship with you (Article 6 (1) (b) of the General Regulation) as well as for our compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6 (1) (c) of the General Regulation (GDPR )). Your rights
In the context of the collection and processing of personal data concerning you, you have a number of rights based on the provisions of the legislative framework on personal data protection. More specifically, you have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data, the right to access your data, the right to rectification, the right to delete your data after consultation with us to investigate whether the appropriate conditions are met, the right to the portability of your data, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data as well as the right to object to automated decision-making.

I&G Theodorakis o.e. undertakes to respond to your requests within one month of their submission. If you have exercised any or all of your rights and you still feel that your concerns about the way we use your personal data have not been satisfactorily addressed by us, you have the right to appeal to the Personal Data Protection Authority (DPA ), Kifisias 1-3, P.O. 115 23, Athens.
