I&G Theodorakis G.P., established in 1977 by the brothers Ioannis Theodorakis, a Civil Engineer, and George Theodorakis, an Architect Engineer, serves as the technical, touristic, and commercial arm of THETA Group. The company's extensive portfolio includes a diverse range of building projects such as urban and rural residences, apartment complexes, and distinctive structures like hotels, industrial facilities, cinemas, spiritual centers, temples, business premises, and office buildings.
In addition to construction, I&G Theodorakis offers a range of services, including real estate development, valuation, Real Estate Tax calculation, Real Estate Values assessment, real estate distributions, and serves as a technical consultant to banks, local authorities, the Holy Archdiocese of Crete, and the Monastic Property Management Organization.
Since 2006, our company has been unwavering in its dedication to the field of Renewable Energy Sources, with a primary focus on the construction and permitting of photovoltaic plants in Crete. In 2010, we expanded our horizons to encompass the regions of Peloponnese and Thessaly, securing permits for multiple megawatts of projects. Concurrently, we extended our expertise to international markets, most notably Turkey and Germany, where we have garnered a reputation for our proficiency in designing support structures and executing energy projects.
Today, with strategically positioned offices in Lamia and Athens, we have honed our specialization in the development, permitting, and expedited authorization of exemptions from licensing requirements for Renewable Energy Source projects, boasting a combined capacity exceeding 2 gigawatts. Our unwavering commitment extends to nurturing a skilled workforce within the energy and environmental sectors, and we invest in cutting-edge hardware to facilitate remote, swift, and meticulous land mapping for a multitude of applications.
